6/14に配信されたE3 2021の「Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase」において、『Back 4 Blood』のXbox Game Pass対応が正式に発表された。これによりGame Pass加入者はXbox Series X|S、Obox OneおよびWindows PCにて本作を発売日 (2021/10/13) より追加購入無しでプレイすることが可能になる。

Microsoftが提供するゲームの月額サブスクリプションサービスで、XboxシリーズおよびPC向けに展開している。ゲームのラインアップは常に更新され、100種類以上のタイトルを遊ぶことができるほか、様々な特典を受け取ることもできる。

初加入の場合は最初の1ヶ月間の料金が100円になるキャンペーンもあり。
